Disease is running rampant in our world today; and it seems as though Hypertension, Heart disease, Diabetes, Obesity, Cancer will overtake us— But God has made our bodies in such a way that it will heal itself if given the right tools.
When the cells are deficient in nutrients or are overpowered with toxins and waste, cellular malfunction begins and thus the slow decline in the level of health until one day a disease state is recognized by the manifestation of symptoms.
Knowledge is powerful ! When we are educated to some of the dynamics of health - how the body works - what effect food has on the body - we can begin to understand how to co-operate and work in harmony with the Creator to bring about health and healing.
We often think of health as the absence of disease. But, is this truly health? Are we healthy one day and then all of a sudden sick the next? There is an abundance of evidence that demonstrates to us that health or sickness is a process that develops over a period of time (often years) and is based at the cellular level.
Each cell is constantly in the process dying and being replaced.
As these living cells die & replace, the quality of the new cell, that is replacing the old cell, will depend on the building materials available to it as it dies and replaces! This is where what we eat & drink daily comes into play. We must remember that these are LIVING cells, and that they are designed by God to be nourished with LIVING food; Plant-based diet. Each cell receives nutrition and expels waste and/or toxins which must be eliminated from the body in a timely and efficient manner.
