4 packages firm or extra-firm water-packed tofu Italian herb seasoning Sage Nutritional yeast Braggs liquid aminos Toasted sesame oil Dehydrated chopped onions Dehydrated chopped garlic
1. Drain tofu well, squeezing gently and wrapping in paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut into 1/4-inch slices. 2. Place on oil-sprayed baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame oil, and Braggs on both sides, spreading well. 3. Sprinkle on remaining seasonings. Allow to marinate overnight in refrigerator, if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes, turning at 15 - 20 minutes intervals, or until browned.
